Faith earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing from Western Governors University. She earned a post-master’s degree certificate in Family Nurse Practice from Purdue Global University. Faith is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a California State Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has nursing experience in a variety of family care settings including hospice care.
She is married, has three children and seven grandchildren. Faith enjoys Christian music and traveling.
Faith is an associate of Global Transitional Care Medical Care Group, a Care Partners Company, which provides California-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners to serve participants of InnovAge California PACE (ICAP).
