Our Care Partners At Home Team congratulates Lisa Patton, Home Care Personal Attendant and Caregiver, on winning the July 2017 2K4Care Drawing!   Lisa is a true example of what makes both a compassionate and competent caregiver here at Care Partners At Home. MatrixCare, is one of the largest long term post-acute care (LTPAC) technology provider in the United States, introduces the 2K4Care program as a new component of the MatrixCare Gives corporate philanthropy initiative. The MatrixCare 2K4Care program recognizes the hard work and dedication of caregivers by awarding $1,000 each month to a caregiver of a MatrixCare Home Care client for utilizing the mobile time and attendance or telephony solutions. We are fortunate to have her dedicated to the clients and families we serve!  Lisa was recognized Nationally by our home care operating software partner, MatrixCare as an outstanding partner associate!
